It is important for GDA | TLC to know where the program dogs are. We take the dog's health and safety very seriously. To help us, we are asking for puppy raisers to let us know when you are having your puppy watched. The person watching your puppy needs to be trained as a puppy sitter, which we are happy to facilitate and ensure they understand the adventure.
Please submit this form for every period where your puppy is being watched by someone else. This does not include staying at the kennel. The information you provide here will be sent to the Canine Development trainers.
Remind your sitter to complete a Puppy Sitters report after they watched your puppy.
