My name is Vikki and my love for animals started as a young child growing up in Buffalo, NY.  I attended youth programs focused on farm animal husbandry, as well as caring for multiple animals in my household. I started training dogs in the early/mid 2000’s during college in Chicago, IL, where I worked for several "training forward" pet care companies. After a short hiatus and move to Los Angeles, I started training dogs once again. I also volunteered in multiple shelters located in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, helping train the dogs in their care. I have over 5+ years of dog training experience and currently holds a CPDT-KA certification.

The following are my typical hours of availability. Keep in mind, my job responsibilities might require me to shift hours around to support training, events, or puppy raisers.

Typical Hours

• Tuesday through Saturday
• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• "Out of the office" on Sunday and Monday

Kinds of Communication

Please keep your Area Leader involved with communication to Canine Development. We work as a team and in many situations, they will be able to assist you.

• Email is the best way to contact me and should be your first method. You can count on a few days for me to respond
• There may be times when texting short messages/updates will be appropriate.  Such as “This is puppy raiser Sam Smith.  I will be running 10 minutes late for our training session”.  The number used for text only is (818) 806-8576.
• Phone calls should be reserved to urgent items. If I can't answer, then please leave a detailed message so I can be prepared when I respond
